Within the framework of the procedures and principles specified in Article 49 of the Electricity Market Consumer Services Regulation;

• Within 24 hours in urban and sub-urban distribution areas,
• In the rural distribution area, your electricity will be turned on within 48 hours.

Our Cutting and Opening teams provide service between 7:30 - 22:00 on weekdays and 9:00 - 17:00 on weekends.

Your request will be finalized by cutting off your electricity.

You can submit your request by calling our Call Center at 444 7 186 or by visiting our User Services Centers. We would like to point out that for your safety, the meter should not be interfered with.

If you turn on the energy cut off due to debt without fulfilling your obligations, your energy will be cut off again by preparing an Illegal / Irregular Electricity Detection Report within the framework of Article 42 clause c) of the Electricity Market Consumer Services Regulation. Illegal electricity use is a crime.

It is the price specified in Article 49 of the Electricity Market Consumer Services Regulation, which is reflected in the next period's invoice upon reconnection of electricity.
