Ethical Board; It was created with the aim of ensuring that the principles of ethical behavior within the scope of the Ethical Values Book, which came into force with the Board of Directors' Decision dated 25.03.2019 and numbered 511, are fully implemented within our company, and its main objectives are as follows:
1-) Introducing and making them adopt the principles of ethical behavior to employees at all levels in the central and district units of our company,
2-) Reinforcing the company working culture in line with ethical behavior principles,
3-) Ensuring that company employees behave in accordance with generally accepted moral values in society and all relevant legislation to which the company is subject,
4-) Ensuring the continuity of working harmony within the company,
5-) Ensuring that the expectations and complaints of our company's stakeholders and individuals and institutions that have direct or indirect business or interest relations with our company are effectively taken into account and evaluated within the company,
If any behavior contrary to the company's ethical values or an incident contrary to the ethical rules is detected, both company employees and any relevant person or organization outside the company are expected to convey the violation to the Board by using one of the communication tools specified below.
