My meter has not been read for a long time. What should I do?
In accordance with “Consumer Services Regulation Article 32”, meter readings are carried out every 25-35 days. If the meter location is closed or inaccessible during the visit or visits made in the relevant month, meter reading cannot be performed. In this case, you can create an invoice by making an index notification through our User Services centers or the Call Center at 444 7 186.
